What we collect

When you send the estimate form: your first name, mobile phone number, ZIP code, the type and size of floor, your timeline, and your email address and any message if you choose to add them. We also record the page you sent the request from, the date and time, your IP address and browser type, and the exact consent text you saw, so we can show that you agreed. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes basic technical data (such as IP address and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

To answer your estimate request, to pass it to an independent local flooring installer who can quote the job, to keep the site secure and prevent spam, and to keep records of your consent.

Sharing

• Your estimate request (name, ZIP code, flooring details and phone number, plus email and message if you added them) may be shared with an independent local installer so that they can respond to it. We tell you this before you submit the form.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We use service providers (website hosting, email delivery and data storage) that process data for us under their own terms.
• We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your information by emailing estimates@orlandoflooringcontractors.com. Installers who received your request are independent businesses, so ask them directly about the copy they hold.

Retention

We keep estimate requests and consent records for up to 24 months, then delete them.

Children

This site is not for anyone under 18.

We will post updates on this page and change the date at the top.
